Where replies go

When a client replies to an invoice, a quote, or a reminder, the reply goes to the billing email under Settings, then Company. If that address is empty, the reply goes to the person who sent the email. See how to add your company details and logo.

Turning emails off

To turn reminders off for one invoice, open that invoice and clear the Payment reminders boxes. To stop them on invoices you send from now on, an Admin turns off Automatically remind clients about unpaid invoices under Settings, then Payments. See how payment reminders work.

On Settings, then Profile, Notifications has Email me when a client accepts, declines or requests changes to a quote. Turn that off to stop those quote emails for yourself.

You cannot turn off every email. Account, payment, and message emails still send when those things happen.
