If you are signed out, open Contact on the public site. The form is titled Get in Touch.
- Enter First name and Last name.
- Enter Email. This is the address a reply can use.
- Choose a subject: Questions, Support, Suggestions, or Other.
- Write the Message. It needs at least 10 characters.
- Click Send Message. If it does not go through, the note says to try again in a few minutes. A successful send says Message sent.
If you are signed in, open Suggest a feature in the sidebar. That is the label on a computer and in the More menu on a phone. The phone bar at the bottom does not have its own link. Use it for an idea or for a problem you hit while using the app. A guide's "Did this help?" section can open the same form.
To get help faster, include what you were trying to do, the page you were on, the invoice or quote number if there is one, and the exact message on the screen. You do not need to send a password.
Common questions
Use the public Contact page and choose Support. Say that you cannot sign in, and include the message on the sign-in screen. See what to do if you have trouble signing in.
Choose Suggestions on the Contact page, or open Suggest a feature after you sign in.
Wait a few minutes and send it again. Include the same details so the second try still has the full story.
