We built Track and Invoice because we couldn't find anything that did exactly what we needed without charging too much or burying us in features we'd never use. We just needed the basics, track time, send Invoices, get paid. The pieces existed, scattered across a dozen different tools, some free and rough, some polished and expensive. So we brought them together.
No modules you'll never open and no tiers designed to push you into a higher plan. Just the core of what a small business actually needs, all in one place.
The Starter plan is free because we believe the core of what Track and Invoice does, tracking time, creating projects, managing clients, and sending invoices, shouldn't cost anything. Most tools in this space put artificial limits on how many Users, Clients, or Invoices you can have and then charge you to unlock more. With Track and Invoice, you can add as many Users as you need, create unlimited Projects and Clients, and download, print, and send Invoices without ever hitting a paywall.
The only time there's a cost is if you choose to use Track and Invoice's built-in payment processing to collect from clients online, a small fee applies per transaction. If you invoice manually and collect payment your own way, Track and Invoice costs you nothing.
We're a small, independent team with no outside investors pushing for features that don't serve you. We are focused on having an easy-to-use, focused product, at a lower cost than anyone else.
