Plans and pricing
Track and Invoice has no subscription fee. You do not need a credit card to sign up, and there is no trial that turns into a charge.
Everything is included: unlimited invoices, clients, projects, and team members, quotes and estimates, time tracking and billable items, invoice PDFs and email delivery, manual payment tracking, a products and materials catalog, basic reporting, automatic payment reminders, and recurring invoices.
When a client pays an invoice online, there is a processing fee: 3.5% for card payments with no cap, and 1% for bank transfers, capped at $10. You choose whether your business or your client pays it. That fee is how Track and Invoice makes money. Recording a check, cash, or other payment yourself has no fee.
