Your data and security

The Privacy page is the place Track and Invoice states how data is handled. This guide only repeats those statements, plus what the app itself does with roles and deleted records.

The Privacy page says Track and Invoice will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with other companies for their marketing. It says information may still be shared with service providers that run the product, when the law requires it, with your consent, or if the business is sold. It names the database host, the app host, file storage, Stripe for payments, and the email service that delivers invoice email.

The Privacy page says card numbers and bank account details are not stored on Track and Invoice servers. Stripe processes those payments.

The Privacy page says data is encrypted in transit, stored with access controls, kept separate from other companies' data, and stored in the United States. It also says the operator may open an account for support or troubleshooting, that this access is logged, and that it is limited to what is needed.

Inside the app, an Admin can change company settings, connect payments, send invoices, and open the full Reports list. A User can track time and items. Their reports are My Overview and My work, which use that person's own time and items. See how to invite your team.

Recently Deleted is under Settings, then Data. Only an Admin sees it. Deleted records stay off normal lists until they are restored. See how to restore something you deleted.
