Trouble signing in
- Open the sign-in page. The heading is Welcome back. Enter Email and Password. If they do not match, the toast is Login failed. The rest of that message tells you to check them and, if it continues, to contact us.
- If you forgot the password, click Forgot password? The page is titled Reset your password. Enter Email and click Send reset link. Use the link in that email to choose a new password.
- If your email is not confirmed yet, the screen says Verify your email and asks you to check your inbox. Click Resend verification email if you need another link, or Back to login. After you confirm, the sign-in page can say Your email is verified. Sign in to get started.
- If you were invited, open the invitation and sign in with the email address it was sent to. A mismatch says the invitation was sent to a different email address, and asks you to sign out and sign in with the correct account. An invitation expires in 7 days.
- If sign-in fails too many times, the message is Too many login attempts. Please try again in 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes, then try again. Successful sign-ins are not counted toward that limit.
- Too many password resets in a short time says Too many password reset requests. Please try again later.
A few other messages can stop you:
- Your session ended. Please sign in again. Sign in with the same email and password.
- Your account has been deactivated in all companies. Ask an Admin at your company. This is not the same as a wrong password.
- If the company is paused, the screen tells you the account is temporarily paused and to contact us. Do not keep retrying the password.
Common questions
Check the spam folder, and confirm you typed the same Email you use to sign in. If resets are blocked, wait and try Send reset link again later. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
It may be older than 7 days, or it was already used. Ask the Admin who invited you to send a new invitation. See how to invite your team.
Read the message on the screen. A 15-minute wait, an unverified email, a deactivated membership, or a paused company each look different from a wrong password. If the message is none of those, contact us.
